Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international banking customers.
Address customer queries, service requests and complaints professionally.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
Achieve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Demonstrate robust English communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.




Ensure skilled handling of customer interactions in a banking workplace.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Banking domain experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
CIBIL score must be above 700.
Immediate joiners to candidates with 30 days' notice preferred.
