Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process
team. The role involves handling international customers through voice calls, understanding their requirements,
resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and customer support.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally within defined timelines.
Maintain a positive and skilled approach while interacting with customers.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and customer support orientation.
Ability to handle international customers professionally.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Eligibility
Any Graduate can apply.
Experience in International Voice Process, Customer Service, Customer Support, BPO, Call Centre, or
International Customer Care is preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
