Purpose of the Role

To act as a single point of coordination between CEILHR, employees, and reporting managers, ensuring seamless communication, timely closure of HR-related queries, onboarding support, attendance governance, and adherence to HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between CEILHR and reporting managers for all employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure timely communication of joining status, onboarding updates, and employee-related information to managers.
Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution of employee and manager queries.
Track pending actions and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups.

Joining & Onboarding Support
Share regular updates on recent joiners, joining confirmations, and deployment status.
Support onboarding formalities and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Coordinate induction schedules and required documentation.

Attendance Management




Monitor attendance regularization and follow up with employees and managers for timely closure.
Ensure adherence to attendance processes and timelines.
Support managers in resolving attendance-related issues and escalations.

Employee Support & Query Resolution
Address first-level employee and manager queries related to HR operations.
Coordinate with CEILHR teams for resolution of payroll, attendance, reimbursement, travel, and policy-related concerns.
Ensure service requests are tracked and resolved within defined timelines.

Key Skills Required
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of attendance management, reimbursement and travel processes.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel
