Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Project Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive direct Solar EPC project sales, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, techno-commercial negotiations, project sales, and contract closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive direct Solar EPC sales across C&I;, industrial, institutional, and large-scale segments.
Generate current business opportunities and acquire key clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Handle techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and project pricing.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.




Build strategic client relationships and manage key accounts.
Lead and guide the sales team.

Required Experience & Skills:
8–10 years of experience in direct Solar EPC project sales.
Strong experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Proven B2B / C&I; Solar EPC sales experience.
Experience handling a cumulative project sales.
MBA in Marketing / Business Administration will be preferred.
Experience in independently closing high-value EPC projects is essential.
