The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the end-to-end R2R cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance professionals, guiding them in their daily tasks, and ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Record to Report team, ensuring efficient and effective processing of financial transactions.
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Manage bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.




Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet departmental goals.

Required Skills:
