Job Role: Pre-Primary Teacher

Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to lead our Toddlers program. In this role, you will nurture early foundational skills, foster curiosity, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and child-centered workplace that supports every child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans, playful learning activities, and sensory experiences that encourage early cognitive, language, and social growth.
Maintain a secure, engaging, and organized learning space. Utilize wide-ranging teaching aids and multisensory materials tailored to different early learning styles.
Ensure the highest standards of health, physical safety,



and emotional well-being at all times in accordance with school policies.
Observe, assess, and address the unique milestones, interests, and developmental needs of each child.
Provide personalized attention to each toddler, understanding their unique needs and abilities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational setting.

Qualifications
Certification: Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori Teaching (MTT), or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
Subject Matter Knowledge: Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogical trends, child development milestones, and inquiry-based learning.
