Key Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end labour law and statutory compliance across project sites.
Manage BOCW, CLRA, EPF, ESIC and other applicable statutory registrations and licences.
Monitor contractor compliance, wage payments, attendance, muster rolls and statutory records.
Ensure minimum wages, overtime, bonus, gratuity and other employee advantages compliance.
Conduct periodic site audits and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.




Manage labour inspections, statutory returns, notices and coordination with government authorities.
Maintain project-wise compliance dashboards and provide regular reports to management.
Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure implementation across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare or relevant discipline.
4–8 years of experience in Labour Law & Statutory Compliance.
Strong knowledge of construction / infrastructure labour compliance.
Experience in handling multi-location projects and contractor compliance.
Good coordination, auditing and documentation skills.
