The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Current Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and various planning functions including supply, demand, material, and production planning. This role is crucial for ensuring that our product development processes are productive and aligned with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the NPI process from concept to launch, ensuring that all phases are executed effectively and on schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to align product strategies with business objectives.
Develop and maintain product lifecycle management strategies to optimize product performance and profitability.
Oversee supply and demand planning processes to ensure that inventory levels meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.




Utilize forecasting techniques to predict market trends and adjust planning strategies accordingly.
Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in product planning and execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
