Role Description The Human Resources Officer role at DMart in Rajkot is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting HR operations at the store or regional level. The role includes administering HR policies, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping develop and update job descriptions.



The Human Resources Officer will handle day-to-day employee relations activities, including resolving queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company HR standards and labor regulations, collaborating with management to promote a positive, inclusive work environment, and preparing HR reports and documentation as needed.
