Job Description

Corporate Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute plans to scale corporate tie-ups across sectors like IT, product firms, startups, and GCCs.

Account Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and sign current corporate partners for employee skilling, internships, or student placement pipelines.

Relationship Management: Own senior-level stakeholder relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure high partner satisfaction.

Talent & Product Alignment: Collaborate with internal academic, product, and training teams to customize EdTech learning solutions to fit corporate hiring and training needs.

Renewals & Growth: Drive account retention, contract renewals, upselling of additional modules, and long-term engagement models. Should be able to place the candidates in large numbers.

Pipeline & CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate activity logs, track partnership metrics, and report on engagement health using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).





Reach: The candidate should have a very robust association with the Corporate HRs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Generally 2 to 6+ years in B2B sales, key account management, corporate partnerships, or business development (preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or higher-education services).

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, pitching, and executive-presence skills to engage C-suite and HR leaders.

Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate corporate workforce gaps into structured learning or recruitment solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an MBA is often preferred).

Technical Familiarity: Comfort with CRM software, MS Office / Google Workspace, and data-driven reporting.
