Yumi Kids is a growing kids’ lifestyle brand specialising in personalised accessories, creative gifting and thoughtfully curated products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven individual to take ownership of our sales and business development function.

What You’ll Do
Handle incoming enquiries and leads for personalised gifts, return gifts and customised hampers.
Connect with mamas, understand their requirements, preferences and budgets, and suggest products that make their little ones’ occasions extra special.
Showcase our wide product range and come up with creative combinations, personalisation ideas and customised gifting solutions.
Coordinate with the design team to create unique concepts that go beyond standard gifting options.
Drive website enquiries, customer conversions and overall sales.
Build relationships with play zones, event planners, preschools and other potential business partners through occasional meetings and visits.
Manage the complete sales journey,



from the first enquiry to order confirmation, while building lasting customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A natural ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
Someone creative, confident, persuasive and enthusiastic about sales.
Valuable follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
A self-driven individual who enjoys taking ownership and working towards targets.
Prior experience in sales, customer relations or business development is preferred.
