Job Responsibilities
Formulate strategy/action plan for prevention of theft of assets at unmanned network sites & monitor implementation.
Analyse previous theft incidents to identify critical theft prone clusters/areas/sites and prepares region/cluster specific theft prevention plan.
Implement theft prevention measures such as infra strengthening, patrolling, Jio Mitras, etc. and analyse their effectiveness in preventing thefts.
Track all theft cases pan India and provide guidance/advice to the respective field teams for taking appropriate actions and track investigation progress.
Follow-up with RIL legal teams at NHQ and at the states to pursue the cases in court of law and take the case to logical closure.




Drive training/awareness programmes among internal employees such as technicians/vendor manpower to minimise internal involvement in thefts.
Drive implementation of specific projects for deterring thefts due to internal employees such as bio-metric blacklisting/background checks etc.
