Role Description This is a full-time Salesperson role in a hybrid setup, based in Mumbai with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, showcase products, and support them in making purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining product features, upselling and cross-selling, managing billing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with the store team to ensure proper product display, stock availability, and overall cleanliness and orderliness of the retail space. When working remotely, tasks may include following up with customers,



updating sales reports, supporting online inquiries, and coordinating with the team through digital tools.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally and respectfully with diverse customers.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including comfort with upselling, cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic retail operations knowledge, such as handling billing, managing stock, and keeping accurate records.
Explicit verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages relevant to Mumbai.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and messaging or collaboration tools for hybrid work.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible schedule including weekends or holidays, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Previous experience in fashion or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
