Job Title: L1 Technical Support Engineer - ZTNA Support |

Location: Delhi & Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Type: Fulltime

JD:

Looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in ZTNA, VPN, Endpoint Security, Network Security, or Secure Remote Access Solutions.

Robust knowledge of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, Authentication Troubleshooting, and Remote User Support is required.

Experience with organisations HySecure, Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, MFA, EDR, SASE/SSE is a plus.
