Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and well-organized Dental Receptionist to manage front-desk activities at a dental clinic.
The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Handle reception and front-desk activities.
Greet and assist patients professionally.
Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
Handle incoming calls and patient queries.
Maintain patient records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and patients.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Handle day-to-day administrative and computer-related tasks.
Ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental clinic/hospital.
Positive communication skills in English and Gujarati.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Valuable computer knowledge.
Pleasant personality and professional approach.
Ability to manage patients and front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
