Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Digital Printing Operator with hands-on experience in operating and managing large-format digital printing machines.

Required Machine Expertise
Latex Printing Machine
Sublimation Printing Machine
Flatbed Printing Machine

Key Responsibilities:
Independently operate Latex, Sublimation and Flatbed printing machines.
Handle machine setup, print settings and production operations.
Understand different printing materials, media and substrates.
Ensure colour accuracy, print quality and consistency.
Monitor printing processes and maintain production standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot printing defects, colour mismatch and alignment issues.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for timely job completion.




Minimize material wastage and ensure optimum machine utilization.
Maintain daily production records and follow quality standards.

Required Skills:
4–8 years of practical experience in digital printing operations.
Hands-on experience with Latex, Sublimation and Flatbed printing technology.
Knowledge of colour management, print profiles and print resolution.
Good understanding of printing materials and machine maintenance.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage production requirements.
