The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, particularly in the non-IT sector. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and facilitating the hiring process across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment.
Robust talent acquisition skills with a focus on lateral hiring.
Excellent screening and interviewing abilities.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
