Key Responsibilities
Amazon Ads Management
Manage and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns.
Track advertising spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, and campaign performance.
Analyze reports and suggest improvements to increase sales and profitability.
Coordinate product listings, keywords, and promotional activities.
Flipkart Ads Management
Manage and optimize Flipkart advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets, clicks, conversions, and sales performance.
Analyze advertising reports and identify growth opportunities.
Improve campaign efficiency and support marketplace sales targets.
Director’s Assistant Responsibilities
Understand and coordinate the Director’s daily tasks and priorities.
Follow up with departments and team members on assigned work.
Maintain task trackers, reports, schedules, and pending-work updates.
Assist with meetings, documentation, research, and business planning.
Coordinate execution of recent projects and business initiatives.
Be adaptable to handle additional responsibilities as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements




Knowledge or experience in Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is preferred.
Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, advertising metrics, and sales reports.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with the Director.
Willingness to learn, travel when required, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Employment Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance
Job Type: Full-time, work from office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
