Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions KRA1 Achieving Sales Targets - Ensure achievement of sales target for OTC in the region of Hyderabad
Sell and present recent designs as per customer demand




Act as a mediator to the design and development team to provide them primary insights on design based on customer demand
Increase the quantity of sales of existing customers and ensure collection of customer feedback KRA2 Development of Current Customer Base - Identify potential customers, approach and interact with them to create awareness for Linen Fabrics and traction for our brand
Create and present to them an exhaustive portfolio and pitch our service offerings KRA3 Handling Customer Ficials and Receivables - Assist the reporting manager in analysing and preparing detailed customer profile by visiting the customers to assess their recommended credit limits
Ensure timely payment collection from customers against the set limit KRA4 Sales Volume - Ensure that the sales target for retail MBOs and wholesale segment are achieved
