Key expectations of the role
Monitoring, achieving assigned sales target, profit & customer loyalty with strategic orientation to achieve results and handle competition
Primary and secondary sales order monitoring along with business partner management.
Monitoring of contract compliances along with the relevant teams.
Securing cross functional support from different business verticals & departments in the organization
Maintains and expands customer base by maintaining rapport with existing customers, and identifying current customer opportunities
Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning
Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt. / other involved specialists and management.
Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies.
