About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with solid Python programming skills and hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications, Agentic AI workflows, and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of LLM-based technologies, RAG architectures, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph, along with a working understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
Develop RAG-based applications and integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources.
Work with MCP to build tool integrations and enable AI agents to interact with external systems.
Develop Python-based APIs, backend services, and automation workflows.
Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with the team to automate complex business processes using AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of Python programming, OOP concepts,



and API development.
Positive understanding and practical exposure to RAG architectures, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Experience working on projects involving Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation.
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI integrations.
Working-level understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and integrating external services.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Good to Have
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
Exposure to finance, procurement, supply chain, or other enterprise workflows.
Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud deployment.
Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, and production deployment of LLM applications.

Ideal Candidate
A hands-on AI Engineer who has built and worked on real-world AI projects, understands how AI agents interact with tools and enterprise systems, and can translate business workflows into intelligent automation solutions.
