Maintain and update customer records, enquiry logs, quotation logs,



and follow-up schedules proactively.
Respond to customer inquiries in a qualified and timely manner and escalate pending items to the reporting authority.
Own data entry, report generation, and documentation control with accuracy and timeliness.

Candidates currently residing in or around Vasai.
Familiarity with valves, instrumentation products, or related industrial equipment.
