Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the AEM Forms development team.
Design and develop AEM Forms and related solutions.
Review code and ensure development best practices.
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
Manage development activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support integrations with backend systems and APIs.
Conduct technical discussions and provide solutions to the team.
Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
Ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery.
