Job Requirements
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 Per Month
Software: MARG ERP (Mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in MARG ERP Software.
Handle sales and purchase entries, including purchase bills and sales invoices.
Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book and Ledger Accounts.
Handle GST-related entries, GST invoices and basic GST reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Handle daily vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Prepare basic MIS reports and daily accounting statements.




Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers.
Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of MARG ERP Software.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive command of MS Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Profile

The candidate should have practical experience in accounting operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Must be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities independently using MARG ERP Software. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
