Job Title: AC Technician

Department: Maintenance

Location: KMC Hospital, Kannur

Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance of AC units.
Troubleshoot and repair AC system faults and breakdowns.
Inspect and maintain split ACs, window ACs, and central air conditioning systems.
Monitor cooling performance and ensure proper functioning of AC equipment.
Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and related repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
Maintain service records and report maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications




ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in AC maintenance and repair preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Skills Required
Positive troubleshooting and technical skills.
Knowledge of AC installation and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible and punctual work attitude.
