Ensure productive utilization of manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
Monitor production processes, yield, quality, and process parameters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, EHS, and other departments.
Identify prospects for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Handle troubleshooting and resolve production-related issues.
Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
Maintain production reports, documentation, and shift records.
