Job Title: AR Executive – Medical Billing

Department: Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding and unpaid medical claims.
Analyze AR aging reports and prioritize claims based on aging and outstanding balances.
Contact insurance companies through calls and online portals to check claim status.
Identify reasons for claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
Work on denied claims and initiate appeals or reconsiderations wherever applicable.
Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).
Identify and resolve issues related to eligibility, authorization, coding, and billing.
Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts and maximize collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of US healthcare medical billing and RCM.
Understanding of AR follow-up and denial management.
Familiarity with insurance portals and payer processes.




Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
Knowledge of EOB, ERA, and claim lifecycle.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in US healthcare AR follow-up.
Experience working with US insurance companies.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
Experience with medical billing software and practice management systems.

Denial resolution rate.
Reduction in AR days.

Full time position.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
Solid focus on productivity, quality, and timely claim resolution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
