Key Responsibilities
Experience in public buildings such as metro rail stations, railway stations, airports and transit-oriented developments, involving multi‑disciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, fire & life safety, systems, and urban infrastructure.
Design management and technical coordination with construction/site execution teams, including interface management, resolution of inter‑disciplinary clashes, constructability reviews, and coordination.
Should be aware of industry standards and codes, including NBC, NFPA, local development control regulations, and other relevant national and international guidelines, ensuring compliance throughout design and construction stages.
