Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, financial management skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgetary requirements.
Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and reconciliation.
Handle bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and accounting documentation.




Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Positive analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage accounting operations efficiently.

Industry Preference Candidates with hands-on experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or inventory-driven businesses will be preferred.
