Ensures timely availability of maintenance materials and supports preventive maintenance activities through proper inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment upkeep.
Maintains 5S standards in the maintenance area — tools returned to marked locations, work area clean after each job.
Applies LOTO correctly before starting any assigned maintenance task; never starts work without proper isolation and lockout.
Records all maintenance activities — , time, findings and materials used — accurately in the maintenance logbook and SAP.
