Role Type: Hands-on AI/ML Engineer embedded with business teams to rapidly design, prototype, evaluate, and productionise AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities
Design and deliver AI/ML prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Build GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, LLM, and advanced ML solutions.
Develop evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, human review, red teaming, and quality metrics.
Design prompting strategies, tool calling, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and guardrails.
Implement AI safety controls for prompt injection, privacy, data leakage, and security risks.
Optimise AI solutions for latency, scalability, and cost using caching, batching, quantisation, and model selection.
Define monitoring, drift detection, safety metrics, and production support models.
Create reusable AI frameworks,



accelerators, libraries, and evaluation harnesses.
Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, Data Scientists, Architects, and Engineering teams.
