Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and strong Clinical Operations domain knowledge, along with good SQL and Reporting/Analytics skills, to provide support to business users.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve business user tickets independently.
Support queries related to Clinical Operations.
Analyze and troubleshoot reports and NLQ outputs.
Investigate data discrepancies and perform data reconciliation.
Work with business users to resolve reporting and data-related issues.
Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of Clinical Operations.
Good hands-on experience with SQL.
Experience in Reporting and Analytics.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
