Role & responsibilities

*Experience in Spices/Blends/Pre-Mixes is Mandatory

. Production & Line Performance
Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules across multiple lines.
Monitor OEE, line efficiency, wastage, and resource utilization.
Ensure on-time start-up, smooth operation, and shutdown of lines.
People & Team Management
Supervise Line Supervisors, allocate workforce, and manage shift rosters.
Coach and train team members on SOPs, GMP, and food safety requirements.
Drive performance culture, discipline, and motivation on shop floor.
Quality & Food Safety Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, CCP monitoring, allergen control, and hygiene.
Coordinate with QA/FSQ for product release and issue resolution.




Lead corrective and preventive actions for deviations.
Cost, Wastage & Resource Management
Monitor production costs, raw material yield, and packaging material wastage.
Optimize energy, utilities, and material usage.
Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Communicate with Planning, Stores, and QA for smooth production flow.
Submit production MIS, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to management.
