Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Support Engineer to provide L1 application support for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), Last Mile Delivery Systems, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, system monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for Shopify, OMS, Last Mile, and integrated backend systems.
Monitor production settings and proactively identify issues.
Troubleshoot order flow failures, payment issues, inventory synchronization issues, and delivery-related incidents.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with development teams and vendors for bug fixes and enhancements.
Handle on-call support during critical business events and releases.

Robust experience supporting Shopify ecosystem.
Experience with OMS platforms and order lifecycle management.
Knowledge of Last Mile delivery systems and logistics workflows.
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools.
