AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior & MEP)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with hands-on experience in Interior Design, Architectural and MEP drawings. The candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts and execution drawings for building and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior, architectural and MEP works.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed interior layouts.
Prepare electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP service drawings.
Prepare working drawings, execution drawings and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and MEP engineers.
Incorporate site changes and revise drawings as per project requirements.
Ensure accuracy,



detailing and timely submission of drawings.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D.
Knowledge of interior layouts, furniture layouts, false ceilings and detailed sections.
Understanding of MEP drawings, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of building construction and interior execution.
Positive coordination and technical drawing skills.

Educational Qualification Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Assistantship or Interior Design.

Preference: Candidates with combined experience in Interior Drafting and MEP Drafting will be preferred.
