We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and service revenue for Ather Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Honda Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles. The role involves business planning, data analysis, market research, customer relationship management, and strategy execution. Drive retail and institutional sales for Ather EVs and Honda vehicles, Generate leads via field, digital, and corporate tie-ups, Execute sales strategies based on data insights, Organize test rides, events, and campaigns, Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct competitor and market research, Track pricing, schemes, and trends, Identify EV growth prospects, Plan territory strategies
