We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with expertise in campus and corporate recruitment, senior-level hiring and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead campus recruitment initiatives, coordinate with placement cells and organise hiring drives.
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Independently handle recruitment for senior, managerial and critical positions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage and mentor a team of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters.
