Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Maintain equipment related to LVP, sterile injectables and biologics manufacturing facilities.
Handle maintenance of HVAC, AHU, chillers, compressors, boilers, pumps and utility systems.
Manage maintenance of autoclaves, WFI systems, purified water systems and cleanroom equipment.
Support maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as formulation vessels, reactors, storage tanks, filtration systems and filling lines.
Ensure GMP, cGMP, WHO-GMP and safety compliance.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance records, breakdown reports and equipment history cards.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and Utilities departments for smooth plant operations.
Handle spare parts management, vendor coordination and equipment qualification support.
Lead technicians and engineers and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
