Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom
Understand their requirement (gold, diamond, silver, bridal, etc.) and guide them to the right counter
Coordinate with sales staff so customers are attended to without waiting
Keep children engaged and comfortable when customers come with kids, so parents can shop in peace
Handle customer queries and complaints politely, and escalate to the manager when needed
Maintain a visitor/customer feedback record if required
Requirements
Pleasant personality, valuable grooming and a friendly attitude
Valuable communication in Hindi and English
Patience and the ability to handle children and customers calmly
Basic knowledge of jewellery is an advantage, but not mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
