Role & responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Design
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions.
Create BRDs, FRS documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Act as the liaison between business users, product teams, and technical teams.

BUSINESSNEXT Configuration & Solution Delivery
Configure workflows, forms, customer journeys, dashboards, reports, business rules, and approval processes within BUSINESSNEXT.
Support implementation, enhancement, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.




Ensure adherence to BUSINESSNEXT configuration standards and best practices.

Data, Integration & Deployment Support
Utilize SQL queries for analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Work with MS SQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and understand CRM data models.

Preferred candidate profile - AI & Digital Enablement -
Develop foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts relevant to enterprise applications (see Core Skills & Expertise for specific concepts).
Identify prospects to leverage AI within CRM processes, customer journeys, and business operations.
Support AI integration initiatives within the BUSINESSNEXT ecosystem.
