Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain company, for the position of Automation Engineer in Mumbai position.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation implementation and exposure to Manhattan systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting successful project execution and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute automation implementation activities for warehouse and supply chain projects.
Coordinate with engineering, solution design, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and deployment of automation solutions.




Understand operational requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
Coordinate system integration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
Identify implementation challenges and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, and status updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in automation implementation.
Exposure to Manhattan systems, preferably Manhattan WMS or related warehouse management solutions.
Understanding of warehouse automation, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Criteria
Candidates with a valid US visa will be preferred.
Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or supply chain technology projects will be an advantage.
Exposure to international implementation projects or onsite assignments will be beneficial.
