: Area Sales Manager / Team Sales Leader

Responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and expand business in the assigned area.
Lead, train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Develop current customers, distributors and business opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues.
Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on performance.

Key Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, team management, market development and target-oriented approach. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
