Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking, and market research.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Connect with potential clients and understand their construction requirements.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce company services.
Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Sales & Marketing
Promote the company's residential and commercial construction services.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and business visibility.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations when required.

Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.




Monitor lead conversion and business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and business opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.

Team & Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project details and client requirements.
Work closely with the design, engineering, and project teams.
Communicate client requirements and project updates effectively.
Support the team in achieving business development goals.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction field.
Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
