We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage daily branch operations, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day branch operations.
Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned branch targets.
Generate current customers and develop robust customer relationships.
Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff.
Monitor gold loan processing, valuation coordination, disbursement, and repayment activities.
Ensure proper handling, security, and documentation of pledged gold.
Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate recovery activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Monitor branch performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
