Job Responsibilities
Assist the Bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Prepare mocktails, cocktails, juices, and other beverages as per hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and equipment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar inventory.
Take guest orders and provide prompt and courteous service.
Maintain stock records and report shortages to the senior bartender.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth bar operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant bar preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage service.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Presentable personality and qualified grooming.
Ability to work in shifts
