We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Vijayawada. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the business in the diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostics marketing, solid communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the diagnostics industry.
Positive understanding of diagnostic services and healthcare markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Good knowledge of the local market and sales territory.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Responsibilities




Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
Promote diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business enquiries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track sales performance and take appropriate actions to meet assigned targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
