Process: USA Voice Process (International Calling)

Location: Sanjay Place, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: $3–$5 per hour

Shift: Night Shift (USA California Time Zone)

Working Hours: 6–8 hours per shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Communicate confidently with international clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Clear pronunciation; a neutral American accent is preferred.




Solid listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Comfortable working night shifts according to California time.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
International BPO or US Voice Process experience will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
