Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential students through calls, social media, and other communication channels.
Promote educational programs, professional training courses, internships, and placement assistance.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Generate leads and convert potential prospects into enrollments.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students.
Build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutions.
Explain course benefits, program structure, fees, and internship opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
Maintain lead records and follow-up reports.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Solid presentation and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Ability to handle student queries professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or business development are preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
