About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident GRID Marketing & Outreach Executive to promote EFACTOR GRID and grow our user community.

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, universities, startups, and organizations.
Introduce and demonstrate GRID to students, professionals, and startup communities.
Drive user registrations and onboarding.
Build relationships with placement officers, faculty, student coordinators, HR teams, and startup founders.
Conduct awareness and registration campaigns.
Maintain outreach records and achieve monthly registration targets.
Travel within Hyderabad and meet required.

Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident and energetic personality.




Comfortable with field work and travel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Freshers are welcome.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, outreach, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
