ZettaRMS.ai is an AI-powered revenue management system for hotels, villas and homestays. We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to grow our business in India and international markets. The role combines business development, product marketing and customer success: winning new hotel clients, communicating what works for them, and working with internal and external partners to deliver on our promise to customers.

It suits a confident, self-driven qualified with a consultative sales approach who is comfortable engaging senior decision makers.

Job Responsibilities
Business development: Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email and phone, convert them into opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline of hotel groups, hotel management companies and fast-growing hospitality businesses
Consultative selling: Educate prospects on the product and its value, run meetings and demos with enterprise clients and conduct pre-sales analysis to present a clear value proposition
Product marketing:



Prepare and customize marketing collateral for target customers and capture client feedback and pain points to share with the product team
Customer success: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on commitments to customers
Networking: Build strong relationships and drive business through industry events and trade forums
CRM discipline: Maintain accurate data and communication records in the CRM

Candidate profile
3 to 5 years of B2B sales or consulting experience, preferably selling to senior decision makers in hospitality, travel or other consumer-facing industries
Engineering graduate; MBA from a reputed institute preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with robust presentation and influencing skills
Sound business acumen and a flair for sales
Entrepreneurial, independent and self-motivated, able to thrive in a agile startup environment
Driven to win and to exceed targets
